Rizzolo lies to the court - And a judge’s hollow words

An ORDER was posted on the United States Federal Court website at noon on Thursday, February 25, 2010. It may be an indication that the end is near for Rick and Lisa Rizzolo who, for the past nine years, have been abusing the legal system in order to dodge their obligations to pay beating victim Kirk Henry and the IRS over $17 million dollars in court ordered restitution, taxes, fines, and liens.

As if things couldn’t get any more bizarre…

LAS VEGAS - For the entire length of the Kirk Henry federal case, the United States Federal Court for the District of Nevada has handled defendant Rick Rizzolo with kid gloves. In the meantime, quadriplegic Kirk Henry is still waiting to be paid for the injuries he suffered at the hands of one of Rizzolo’s thugs back in October 2001. Henry's neck was broken after he disputed a padded bar tab at Rizzolo's now-defunct Crazy Horse Too topless bar in Vegas. Henry was not Rizzolo's first victim.

Judge orders Rick Rizzolo’s financials be shown to Kirk Henry’s attorneys

Rick Rizzolo made a majority of his fortune by racketeering. During Rick's hey day, Lisa, Rick, their two children, and other family members including Rick's dad, brother, and sister enjoyed a privileged lifestyle paid for by the family's criminal activities. It's not as though Lisa was unaware of how her husband made his money! Now, the couple is doing everything they can to keep their fortune out of the hands of Henry and the taxpayers including violating Rick's plea bargain agreement.
