Debbie Wasserman Schultz: Issa cutting off Cummings' microphone is just like oppression in Venezuela and Ukraine

Yesterday, we all enjoyed a clip of Darrell Issa cutting off the power to left wing blowhard Democrat Rep. Elijah Cummings' microphone. Now, we're all learning a hard lesson about totalitarianism. According to DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Darrell Issa, there's little difference between what Issa did yesterday and the actions of oppressive government forces in Venezuela and Ukraine.

Alabama Democrat says 99% of Republicans would forcibly abort mixed-race children

Democrats love to say "racism still exists." Every sane Republican admits they're right; racism will never be totally wiped out. However, things are undeniably better than they used to be, and Democrat claims are both self-serving and overblown. The left, of course, constantly promotes the false notion that the GOP is a breeding ground for hateful, ugly, bigots who oppress minorities in a vile quest for power. It's asinine, but it's hard to deny that it's working. The race card has proven a powerful tool with which to corral the country's low-info voters.

New video reveals the person writing Al Sharpton's material

Back in the '80s, there used to be a fat guy named Al Sharpton who would roam around New York in a track suit, inciting racial violence wherever he could. If memory serves, his name was attached to repeated rioting, a truly disgusting rape hoax, the use of the term "white interloper," and the murder of seven people in Harlem. He apologized, vanished in the mid 1990's, and no one seems to know what became of him.

In desperate fear of Michelle Obama, Barack and Joe Biden go jogging

If you were an embattled President facing recent polls which suggest the American people feel the world has little or no respect for you, you'd probably want to do something about your image. Obviously, that means you'd film yourself taking a quick two minute jog around the White House, and then crack jokes about how your wife was a fitness taskmaster.

VIDEO: Florida Dem says we need immigration reform or we'll run out of maids and gardeners

Last October, longtime Republican congressman Bill Young announced he would not seek re-election. Nine days later, he passed away. Young had represented his Tampa-Bay district since 1971, and the suddenly empty seat necessitated a special election. That vote will be held on March 11th, when Florida voters in the 13th congressional district cast their ballots to select his replacement.

ABC News:Obama's ambassadorial nominees are big cash bundlers who know nothing about their countries

Exchanging ambassadorial appointments for political favors is nothing new. As ABC News points out, most Presidents reward their allies, donors, and fundraisers with cushy gigs in foreign countries. Usually, you can expect a good chunk of the spots to go to people who helped elect the current administration and, as long as we're not talking about positions in global hotspots, it's simply not that big of a deal.

Like most Dems, McConnell's Democrat challenger doesn't want Obama's 'help' campaigning

When a President and his policies are popular, you can count on one thing. He'll be in demand for the Midterm campaigns. Everyone is looking for a little extra bump in the polls, so if you're a Democrat trying to unseat a powerful incumbent, you want all the help you can get. Of course that's if you have a popular Commander in Chief. Dems, sadly, do not.

Piers Morgan cancelled - admits people were sick of his inane gun control shtick

You may recall that, last year, I wrote a few articles about the fact that CNN's dwindling audience was fed up with Piers Morgan's ill-informed, illogical, gun control rants. At the time, Morgan was on an anti-gun roll. He'd been embarrassing himself - repeatedly - by booking a series of pro-2nd Amendment guests who were easily capable of holding their own against his half-baked theories.

Midterms: Chris Matthews sees Dems losing as many as 10 seats in the Senate

Like every member of the left-wing media, Chris Matthews spends most of his time ranting and raving about "evil" Republicans. Conservatives want the elderly to die. Conservatives are racist. Conservatives hate the sick and the poor. You know the drill. If Matthews is to be believed, the only thing that can save humanity is the ideology espoused by like-minded far left Democrats.

Behold the Obama administration's creepy plan to put FCC monitors in America's newsrooms

Hey, you know what's a pain in the rump for the ruling class? That pesky "freedom of the press," that's what. Reporters can investigate whatever they want, and then they can just go ahead and put those reports on the air. That means that someone might discover the horrible things politicians are doing, and they might even decide to run the story.

Poor, impoverished, Hollywood is feeling the heat - starts begging for tax breaks

If Washington D.C. wasn't the progressive tax-and-spend Mecca, that honor would surely go to Hollywood. A playground for the luminaries of the liberal left, Tinseltown has become the center of all things "big government." For the kooky statists who call the town home, there is no social program too expensive and no law too invasive or egregious - as long as it was signed by a President with a "D" after his name. They're as far-left as they can be, and they just love to preach.

CBO: $10.10 minimum wage destroys up to a million jobs - won't do much for the poor

We know Democrats are desperate to raise the minimum wage. They don't care what it does to overall employment, or the cost of goods and services, but they do know it sounds good to low-info voters. If you're not terribly bright and don't have a lot of money, this sounds like a sure fire win. After all, there can't be any downside to a wage increase, right?

New poll: 71% of Obama voters regret their choice, as do 55% of Dems

Usually, when we talk about bad polls, we're talking about approval ratings. If a politician is under 50 or 40 percent, they - and their party -know things aren't going well. That's normally when the spin machine kicks in. However, sometimes, you see a poll that is so epically bad that you have to wonder how they can look at the results and carry on.

White people beware: you may be committing racist 'microaggressions' without even knowing it

I'm aware that some of our readers here at Best of Cain might know a white person. In fact, there's a good chance that a few of our regulars are themselves white people. So, with that in mind, consider this article a public service announcement. During the last few years a new word hit the streets, and I'm sorry to inform you that it's probably already in your kids' schools. Yes, your children may already have heard it.
