October 2, 2015 Charles Green Chief of Public Affairs Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System: Mr. Green: Late this afternoon I stopped by the so-called Barrington Recreation Park that is illegally occupying VA Veterans land, and the original "closed" signs you posted yesterday were replaced with "limited access" signs (photo below), and there were dogs and dog owners galore and the kids baseball and soccer fields were jammed as were the parking lots.
