The real issue is stability

Like it or not we may be forced to go through our fourth federal election in five years even though a recent poll says 70% Canadians are against it. And the reason they don't want it is simple. Michael Ignatieff

Re "Do we need a fourth election in five years?" (Sept. 5): Michael Ignatieff would be foolish to force an election at this time for a number of reasons. Apart from the fact that the country doesn't want an election at this time, there is every indication that the result would be another minority government.

Media Mentality

As long as the media can continue blaming America’s problems on President Bush, and as long as they believe electing a black man was America’s ultimate atonement for slavery, they will continue praising the Obama administration.

You are on target

ACORN are a mirror image of the Bolivarian Brigades of Hugo Chavez Frias down to the very red berets

It seems that organizations such as ACORN are a mirror image of the Bolivarian Brigades of Hugo Chavez Frias down to the very red berets. The relationship of Chavez with the US black community is a mirror of the relationship between Fidel Castro and the black community in 1959 when he visited Harlem. Chavez gave them free fuel oil and money for the Obama campaign which was sent from the oil coffers of Chavez to the Obama campaign.
