The Heart Break Of Live-Streamed Violence Now Part of Everyday Life

A beloved bishop and several worshippers have been viciously attacked in another stabbing rampage—two days after the horrific stabbing at Bondi Junction Mall that left six dead and a 9-month-old baby girl fighting for her life in Sydney, Australia.

“Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel was preaching at Christ The Good Shepherd Church in Wakeley in Sydney's west on Monday just after 7pm when a man dressed in black walked up to the altar and allegedly stabbed him multiple times.” (Daily Mail, April 15, 2024)

Restrained by parishioners, the apparent Islamist terrorist who attacked Assyrian Orthodox Bishop Mar Mari reportedly said in Arabic: ‘if He wasn’t criticizing my Prophet (Muhammad) and my religion (Islam), I wouldn’t have come or attacked’. (Gateway Pundit, April 15, 2024)

For anyone watching the horrific rampage live on the Internet, it was Daily Mail Australia-described as a “Heart-stopping moment worshippers hold down alleged church stabber”:

“Footage has emerged of the alleged attacker being pinned down on his front by at least three people, including a police officer, as he smiles and appears to mock his captors.” (Daily Mail)

“One man, with blood visible on his jeans, sits with his legs straddling the alleged attacker's head.

'People are praying and you come and (allegedly) do this?', the man says as he lightly slaps him on his cheek.

“The police officer injects: 'Stop, just let go, please. You're going to make it worse.'

“But then the man holding the camera pulls the other man's leg away to reveal the alleged attacker's face.

"He is smiling and appears to laugh as the man holding the camera says 'you're a f***ing idiot, you're going to cop it'.

“The alleged attacker then appears to say: 'You think they'll hurt my brother?' as the police officers try to usher the men away.”

"Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel was seen being transported on a stretcher, and is in hospital in a 'stable condition', with non-life threatening wounds.

Riot erupted outside Wakeley church where Bishop was stabbed and at the hospital where the wounded were taken.

Surfing the ‘Net in these dark days is heart-rending with the majority of the media seeming on side with fear-mongering world governments.

This horrific stabbing of a Christian Bishop strikes close to home at Canada Free Press, which has had a video of Bishop Emmanuel online speaking out against Covid mandates and draconian lockdowns in Canada, most recently this March.

Bishop Emmanuel nailed Canada’s leading role in the Covid-19 human disaster more than anyone else, loudly speaking truth to power.

The bishop would likely not be surprised to know that no one—including PM Trudeau’s Opposition—has ever come forward demanding accountability for the loss of human life and livelihood during the run of COVID-19, destined to be followed by the United Nation’s WHO accord with “DISEASE X” and its vaccines this May.
