The Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee says Sarah Palin is lying about health care reform and possible rationing ‘death panels’ with Obama’s recess appointment of Donald Berwick as head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, however…
Berwick — a pediatrician, Harvard University professor and leader of a health care nonprofit organization — told an interviewer last year, “The decision is not whether or not we will ration care – the decision is whether we will ration with our eyes open. And right now, we are doing it blindly.”
Maybe the DSCC should consult with Berwick before calling anyone a liar. Then again, how afraid of Sarah Palin can Democrats be (again)…?
