HENRY v. RIZZOLO Dismissal Awaits Judge’s Signature

It's been eleven years since Kansas tourist Kirk Henry's neck was broken by a Crazy Horse Too strip club manager.

On Thursday, August 1, attorneys for both sides sent the following document to U.S. Judge Philip Pro for his final signature indicating that this prolonged case has finally been settled. It's not known how much the Rizzolos paid the Henrys overall, but based on Rick Rizzolo's plea bargain agreement to pay $10 million in restitution, sources close to the case believe that Henry has so far received $1 million from the Rizzolo's umbrella insurance policy; in excess of $6 million from Rick and Lisa Rizzolo's off shore accounts; $224,643 from the secret sale of the Philadelphia Crazy Horse Too, and are set to receive the balance of the Philly sale proceeds of around $2.7 million illegally transferred to Rick's stepmother Kimtran Rizzolo and being held in trust for the Henrys. The final payment is expected to be released to the Henrys when the Ninth Circuit Court denies Kimtran's appeal which is anticipated later this year. Americanmafia.com
