The First Lady has interjected herself in the nutrition debate, telling us all what to eat, while she fails to lead by example: a consistent Obama trait. The first lady went to Restaurant Kelly Liken in Vail Village on Saturday night, dining on a pickled pumpkin salad with arugula and a braised ancho-chile short rib with hominy wild mushrooms and sauteed kale. If it’s good enough for The Queen, it’s good enough for us.
