Robert A. McDonald Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs Washington, D.C. Re: A Phone Call from Mr. Patriot Mr. Secretary: Yesterday, loyal members of the Old Veterans Guard held our 350th consecutive Sunday Rally of the Veterans Revolution to "Save Our Veterans Land" and to "Bring Our Homeless Veterans HOME."

In attendance were members of Vietnam Veterans of America (Plaintiff in the ACLU lawsuit) American Legion, AMVETS, VFW, American G.I. Forum, etc. You were also invited but did not show, not did you call. However, Mr. Patriot (Ted Hayes, National Homeless Activist and Citizen Soldier) called you and left a message on your cell phone -- 513-509-8454

When you are going to honor your responsibilities at the Los Angeles VA and evict Sue Young and her wealthy Brentwood homeowner friends

Mr. Patriot wanted to know when you are going to honor your responsibilities at the Los Angeles VA and evict Sue Young and her wealthy Brentwood homeowner friends that operate under the ruse of Veterans Park Conservancy. He's very unhappy to learn that they have an illegal real estate agreement with the VA that was orchestrated with your co-defendant in the ACLU lawsuit, Donna Beiter. There are eight other illegal occupants on VA property deeded exclusively for the housing and caring of our war-injured and impoverished Veterans. We had to explain to Mr. Patriot that you are afraid to visit the Los Angeles VA, the largest in the nation, because you actually have no control over it. We explained to him that you answer to Sue Young, a heartless con-artist who made more than a million dollars over the past decade keeping disabled Veterans -- homeless -- while her and her fat-cat friends live in mega mansions. A small child could not comprehend this terrible and hardhearted injustice. Consequently, Mr. Patriot is not at all happy with this egregious land-fraud scam on Federal VA property that belongs to America's defenders of freedom. He does not understand how you can be the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs and then remain silent in our nation's capital for homeless Veterans. He does not understand why elderly Veterans are abused, threatened and mistreated by your VA police simply because they are standing up for Truth and Justice. Nevertheless, today fellow Veterans took action and contacted numerous VA bureaucrats under your supervision, including the VA police, trying to get Sue Young and her rogue VPC group removed from these sacred grounds. Clearly, those who serve under you are as ineffective as you are because they also are afraid of Sue Young. For the record Mr. McDonald, fellow Veterans are not at all afraid of your self-serving boss, Sue Young. Fellow Veterans here in Los Angeles once held high hope and respect for you. That is all but gone with your insensitive and irreverent attitude toward us and your kow-towing to Sue Young. In sum, if you do not send the VA police to lock the gates to the construction site of VPC's illegal public amphitheater by sunrise tomorrow here on the West Coast, we will begin a public campaign demanding your resignation or your immediate termination by President Obama. Not since Benedict Arnold tried to sell West Point has there appeared to be as big a traitor than Sue Young, yet you refuse to remove her from these sacred grounds where Veterans of the Civil War once walked. You are a West Point Graduate and there is absolutely no justification for your allowing Sue Young, who is not a Veteran, to control your authority as Secretary of the VA. Attached is the Petition that was previously sent to you (PDF). Save your reputation and character and Enforce the Judgment. Robert L. Rosebrock Director, Old Veterans Guard God Bless America and the Veterans Revolution!
