Strategy Revealed to End Election Fraud and Restore Our Voting System

With all the excitement happening with the Speakership in Congress, it begs the question, “how can we be sure that those who are elected to positions of power and responsibility actually win fairly?” How can we be sure that the person we vote for in our Party’s primary is the true winner?”

In mid-September, a bi-partisan group of election integrity teams from 23 states came together in St. Louis, MI, to discuss their plans for saving our election system. The event was organized by Marly Hornik, who founded AuditNY, along with banking/election/cybersecurity expert Harry Haury. They have recently created a non-profit, United Sovereign Americans, that seeks to guard the validity of our elections through education and litigation.

Using the DOJ definition of election fraud, United Sovereign Americans is preparing to file against state election officials who certified provably inaccurate and non-compliant federal elections in 2022 and 2020. This strategy is being applied in as many states as possible, in advance of the 2024 election. 18 states are already working fast to build clear election validity claims using official data.

Here are excerpts from a video that has just been released where Mr. Haury explains U.S.A.’s plan to expand the election integrity battle across the country.

United Sovereign Americans Chairman, Harry Haury Explains Legal Strategy

There are three election vectors. The first vector is challenging the result of elections. In the United States, the judicial precedence on election challenges are administrative. It's the same process as a tax court. You follow the administrative process until they deny you justice. And then you can go to court. But the trouble is, in 2020 everybody wanted to change the result and they didn't focus on the process…
The second is a dramatic error that we've all made... The biggest area, the easiest area to challenge is election misconduct. It doesn't take materiality, it takes one instance. You can put a person in jail for having 50 ballots that they're not supposed to have in the back seat of the car.
So we have all over the country election officials that are winking and nodding and saying “this is not a big deal. You know, that's because 13 or 15% of the people move every year. Whatever, you know, or between elections.” But the fact of the matter is it's not that simple.
In the United States we have a process that certifies elections. Certification has an actual legal requirement. Certification means that something is both accurate and compliant. So at a minimum, the agent in charge of election certification in each county, in each state, that doesn't have, hasn't exercised their affirmative duty to know whether it is accurate and compliant is committing perjury under federal law.

It's the same thing that puts you in jail when you sign a tax return with an error that you should have known about. So the point is that there are millions of examples of election fraud, as defined under the federal law in New York. We know from all our discussions with all the other states, there's millions of these examples all over the country.
But instead of fighting whether or not Kari Lake won or Donald Trump won, we should have gone after the officials to begin with. They're the ones that are actually committing crimes… An election official has to both certify and know whether or not the certification is legitimate…
…these people are ignoring the law when they, when a federal official, and by the way, all your state government, county people under law are agents of the federal government during a federal election. That means that they're breaking the federal law when they sign off on something that they know is wrong. Even worse, under in Koy, when you ignore the law, it is a crime. So we know our officials all over the country were changing the law, they were ignoring the law…
But the fact of the matter is, these people are committing crimes. We the people have a right to hold them accountable.
…our primary strategy is “black letter law,” things that they've done that are wrong, that people can understand, that our politicians, as ignorant as they pretend to be, can understand, and the courts can understand…

The third thing that you can do is challenge constitutionality. This is, you know, these are where the civil rights laws come in, usually.
But there's a secret in federal election law. There isn't actually any federal election law. What I mean by that is there is federal civil rights law governing the conduct of elections. This gives us all sorts of power. It gives us 1983 actions where you can hold people personally responsible for their crimes. The immunity that's normally granted to federal officials is removed in a 1983 action…
Under 241 and 242 of Title 18, they're committing felonies if they're suppressing civil rights…
But the DOJ and most constitutional scholars will tell you the number one civil right of an American citizen is suffrage. The right to elect our representatives and govern, have government by consent…
Voter registration is supposed to be accurate and compliant with the law. It's not.
The people that vote are supposed to be eligible to vote. No one's checking whether or not they're eligible. Almost every state has numerous examples of, of, you know, non-citizens voting…
In New York, there's hundreds of thousands of voters that have illegal voter registrations. What I mean by illegal—we get in this semantic game all the time—illegal simply means the voter registration doesn't comply with the law. And by the way, when it doesn't and they're allowed to vote, that is called election fraud…
We also now know because of some work that was done by other investigators in Michigan, that the GBI people were operating—in 25 states or something like that—a national illegal vote harvesting operation. And arguably because of the intertwining of Act Blue, it's an illegal national money laundering operation as well

And thirdly, what we have to remember is this is civil rights legislation…
The other thing is, we intend to go after federal jurisdiction. And federal jurisdiction is quite interesting on a statewide election. The reason it's quite interesting is there are good federal judges around. So we file our lawsuits in the places where we are likely to get a good federal judge for the bench.
…How do we guarantee that we win? We file dozens and dozens and dozens of these lawsuits. And they will bite and they will bite somewhere and they will go to the Supreme Court. And I believe with the current court constituency, dealing with election misconduct, not who won the election, election misconduct, we can win this story…
We need to do things now because we really literally have less than a year to fix this. And this is the only place. So we believe that a strategy that's containing, you know, a very aggressive litigation, uh, you know, the kind of thing they do to us, we're going to do to them. And the idea is that we will seek TROs, emergency orders, uh, we will go after individual politicians…
Tomorrow or the day after we're actually filing criminal complaints in New York about the conduct of the elections in 2020 and 2022 (note: this was completed September 20, 2023). We want to file these criminal complaints everywhere. Doesn't mean that they're adjudicated. It doesn't mean that a court has signed off on them being true, but I'm telling you that as soon as they see this locomotive coming at them, there's going to be some differences in their behavior…

Supporting these efforts by volunteering from your state, or by making a donation to fund legal efforts, tells election officials at the precinct, county, state and federal level, that it is imperative to follow all mandated election rules.

Political pressure generated will also encourage state legislatures to take back their constitutional rights to manage their election procedures and clean up their voter databases. There are already efforts in multiple states to remove the Democrat-controlled ERIC system in favor of sophisticated new software.
