There's a stench in the air, and it comes from the rotting corpse of justice

Judge Scott McAfee said he would rule on whether to remove Fani Willis, her paramour, and her office from the phony RICO case against Donald Trump within two weeks. The fact that McAfee needs two weeks to make a decision (judgment) is a bad omen. I say that because Chief Justice John Roberts used the same delay tactic to give him enough time to find a way to justify Obamacare.

Moreover, Roberts needed enough time to find a way to justify Obamacare. And, Roberts did just that by proclaiming that the mandate, (government dictate forcing all Americans to buy health insurance against their will) was a tax. Robert's ruling set a precedent that undermined the Constitution and established the government's power to order (force) every American citizen to buy services and products against their will.

Robert's decision was especially disappointing because I held Roberts in high esteem before he ruled in favor of authoritarianism (socialism) over self determination (liberty and freedom). Robert's betrayal is why we the people should have no confidence in Judge Scott McAfee or the justice system in general. With the testimony already given in the case against Fani Willis and her lover, Nathan Wade, what other evidence of political prosecution, obstruction of justice, conflict of interest, perjury, witness tampering, and election interference does McAfee need to kick Fani Willis and her entire office off the phony RICO case against Donald Trump?

Furthermore, based on all the evidence and testimony presented to the court, it's obvious, to anyone with half a brain, that Fani Willis and her lover conspired with the Biden White House to prosecute the Democrat's political opponent, Donald Trump. In fact, given all the evidence so far, an honest judge would throw the entire case out of court based on the fact that Willis and Wade met with White House officials, just like Letitia James did, prior to filing charges against Donald Trump.

Moreover, Democrats claim that Fani's love life has nothing to do with the case against Donald Trump. However, they conveniently left out the fact that Fani paid her lover, Nathan Wade, more than she paid more experienced lawyers in the case. On top of that, Fani's lover paid for expensive vacations for the two of them after she hired him, according to the evidence presented in court.

The fact that Wade paid for expensive vacations for the two of them, after Fani Willis hired him, is evidence that Fani benefited financially by hiring her lover and paying him over half a million dollars. And although Willis claims that she repaid her lover for her expenses, she can't produce a shred of evidence to prove it. Willis claims that she repaid Wade for her expenses in cash; however, Wade can't produce any deposit slips to prove her claim, that she paid him back.

Moreover, there's evidence from court testimony, cell phone records, and new testimony that Willis and Wade lied about the date their love affair began. To put this into perspective, there was no reason for them to lie about the date their relationship began, unless they had something to hide. It doesn't take a Philadelphia lawyer to figure out that Willis benefited financially from her lover's new found income.

Justice is dead in America because the enemies of Liberty and Freedom have infiltrated the justice system, and they are using it to prosecute the Democrat's political opponents. I don't trust judge McAfee because he let Willis take over the court by ranting, throwing documents around, and calling Attorney Ashleigh Merchant a liar. McAfee did not call Willis down one single time through it all, although he consistently interrupted Ashleigh Merchant while she was questioning Willis.

For the record, McAfee was not elected by the people of Fulton county. He was appointed by the RINO governor of Georgia and Never-Trumper, Brian Kemp. With all the evidence presented to McAfee in court, that indicates the case was politically motivated, there's only one way McAfee could refuse to kick the entire case out of court, and that's if he finds some loop hole or an idiotic excuse, like John Roberts did, to ignore the facts, the merits, and the constitutionality of the case. Based on all the evidence presented so far, I think an honest judge would have no other choice but to disqualify Willis and her corrupt lawyers, and throw the entire case out of court.
