We have all seen governments do some incredibly stupid things. In most cases it’s policy decisions that negatively affect their populous or by adopting laws that do the same. It’s rare though when a government makes a really bad decision and then compounds the problem it by launching a marketing campaign to promote it. Now imagine this, a government makes a bad decision, they double down by promoting it and then they triple down by exploiting young girls in the promotional video.
Yes, it’s very hard to imagine that scenario, but that’s exactly what the Welsh government is doing. These geniuses are not only trying to lure military age Illegal immigrant men to their country from the Middle East and Africa, but they’re using 14-year-old girls to do it.
I’ll be honest, the video made me feel dirty just watching it. In my opinion it’s exploitation to the extent that it’s actually creepy. The video opens up with one girl saying, “Fleeing your country is difficult, but Wales wants you to feel welcome.” Then the other girl chimes in saying, “The Welsh Refugee Council wants to help you. You can contact them here,” as contact information pops up on the screen.
“The Welsh Refugee Coalition (WRC) is a collection of organizations working in Wales with asylum seekers and refugees at all stages of their journey, and with the communities in which they live,” The Welsh Refugee Coalition said.
“We work together to ensure that our limited resources can be used to best effect and to speak with one voice on policies and practices affecting people seeking safety in Wales.” WRC said.
The girls then went on to list lots of free programs, such as help finding doctors, medical benefits, English lessons, and even help applying for bank accounts. Then one of the girls added, clearly stating the obvious, “There are many job opportunities here in Wales.”
Eva Vlaardingerbroek, a political commentator reminded everyone that the Welsh Refugee Council receives “funding from both private companies and the government. The Welsh people are paying for the grooming & exploitation of their own daughters to lure migrants into their homeland.”
Former British Home Secretary Suella Braverman said immigration policies have “failed” Western countries.
Speaking to the American Enterprise Institute, Braverman emphasized that “uncontrolled immigration, inadequate integration, and a misguided dogma of multiculturalism have proven a toxic combination for Western civilization.”
Braverman then added something I have believed all along:
“Multiculturalism makes no demands of the incomer to integrate,” “It has failed because it allowed people to come to our society and live parallel lives in it. They could be in the society but not of the society.”
For us that are living in America, this entire idea is foreign to us. We are trying desperately to convince the deaf and dumb puppet in the White House to please stop the invasion that is taking place at our borders. So, the thought of putting out a recruitment video is not even in our solar system.
That said, these videos are offensive beyond the pale. Using a pair of 14-year-old girls to recruit illegal immigrants is inexcusable. The citizens of Wales need to demand that this program is stopped and those that instigated it need to be punished.
