Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans
One thing we know for sure, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Justice and US Attorneys, Veterans Park Conservancy, Senator Feinstein, Congressman Waxman and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals are not "Friends of Veterans."
They have all aided and abetted to make sure that every law imaginable is ignored to ensure that the shameful "Hollywood Canteen" amphitheater is built at record pace while disabled homeless Veterans continue to be neglected and abused and forced to live in deplorable and inhumane conditions.
The 9th Circuit is sitting on the ACLU's TRO to make sure that the illegal construction is completed and then they will say too little too late.
The record is very clear that the Old Veterans Guard has continued to be a law-abiding, peaceful and non-violent protest group while the enemy of all Veterans, the aforementioned, continue to violate the rule of law and use every means possible to put the needs of our war-injured and homeless Veterans at the bottom of the list and their selfish wants at the top of the list.
Attached are photos of an illegal construction crew building an illegal amphitheater on Federal VA property --- they have no hard hats along with other Federal violations and are working at record-breaking pace to finish this disgraceful sham as a monument to mega-millionaire Jerry Oppenheimer, executive director of the Hollywood Canteen.
Whatever the CIA is purported to have done to the terrorist thugs who want to destroy American and our fellow Americans is child's play compared to what these ingrates have done to tens of thousands of war-injured Veterans who have defended America's safety and freedom.
Truth and Justice will prevail against the darkest of evil that has ever walked upon the face of American soil! These are the lowest in the cesspool of anti-Americanism!
Let there be no misunderstanding: We are not experiencing "global warming" .... Nay, this is the fires of Hell warming up for the most vile of people who have turned against America's war-injured and homeless Military Veterans in order to satisfy their greedy, immoral and massive egos.
In brief, you are either a "Friend of Veterans" or their enemies.
