Trump is a true Leader, akin to a Washington or a Lincoln who steps forth in times of need, often reluctantly, to capture and articulate the rightful concerns of a citizenry who reflect the true spirit and greatness of what America means.

Will the Left Ever Learn That What Goes Around Comes Around and do We Want Them To?

By now, a lot of people are noticing that whatever the Progressive Left throws at Trump, it eventually comes back to bite them. They tried to impeach him for collusion with Russia. Turned out that it was the Democrats who were in collusion with a fabricated story crafted by one of their own.

They tried to get him for taking classified materials with him when he left the White House. Then it was discovered that the current Pretender in Office had lots of classified materials in his garage— material dating back to his days in congress—when he did not even have presidential authority to remove them At least Trump let the FBI know he had his materials and kept them in a securely locked room.

If anyone wants to know what the Left is up to, they merely have to look at what they accuse the Right of doing

Now they are after him because of a phone call where he was encouraging a state governor to investigate allegations of election fraud. They are trying to show that Trump was asking the governor to "find" enough ballots to swing the election in his favor. Now it turns out the attorney general of the state bringing the charges is deeply involved in a country-wide scheme for money laundering, campaign finance violations, and a host of other illegalities all aimed at supporting corrupt Democrats.

But it isn't just Trump. They accused conservatives of election fraud, while at the same time their Political Puppet boasted of having assembled the most comprehensive system of election fraud ever. They accuse the Right of being racist while they put forth the most racist policies ever seen since the days of the Antebellum Democrat South. They accuse us of intolerance while their LGBTPQRST#$& shock troops attack our institutions and demand our homage and acceptance of their perverted ways.

If anyone wants to know what the Left is up to, they merely have to look at what they accuse the Right of doing. Then multiply it by a large factor.

Today's Democrats, on the other hand, are like termites

It has struck me as ironical that the least democratic members of our society call themselves Democrats. In a democracy, there is a fundamental assumption that the people will accept and abide by the will of the majority. If they disagree, they should provide rational arguments why, and seek to persuade enough others to their viewpoint to where things can be changed through democratic process. This process is respectful of all members of the society and recognizes that a true democracy is a system of respectful discussion to arrive at a conclusion of majority agreement.

Today's Democrats, on the other hand, are like termites. Once they invade a house, they keep chewing at the structure until they either are eliminated or the structure collapses. Thoroughly convinced that they alone have the "right way", the Democrats of today, if they do not achieve a majority in a democratic manner, will keep chewing, using lawfare, election manipulation, and even intimidation and violence until they either get their way or are eliminated. Rather the antithesis of democracy, wouldn't you say?

One of the defining differences between Left and Right that I have observed is the view of authority. Those on the right are inherently skeptical of authority. In any group of a number of conservatives, there will be at least twice that number of different opinions. These opinions will frequently be loudly voiced and passionately argued. Eventually, though, through this messy process of discussion, the best idea or ideas will emerge. Often one proponent of that idea will be recognized and will be pushed forward as its advocate.

Among the Progressive Left, there seems to be little tolerance for dissention

Among the Progressive Left, there seems to be little tolerance for dissention. Someone, such as Marx, puts forth a thesis that appeals to the inherent sense of their own superiority and a process of rationalization begins. The merits of the thesis seem determined largely by its impracticability, its incomprehensibility, and its justification for feelings of the specialness of its adherents.

The rank and file of the Left, feeling insecure in their own ability to evaluate and form rational opinions, accept and support the positions of those whose leadership they recognize. We see this everywhere, not only with Socialist ideas, but with the manufactured "climate crisis", with the "gender fluidity" nonsense, and so many other things the Left brings forward.

All this brings us back to Trump. The greatest error the Left is making in regard to Trump is in assuming everyone is like themselves. Since they are top-down authoritarian, where the leaders form the ideas and the followers then support them, the Left assumes that Trump must be formulating the ideas that the MAGA adherents are then parroting.

The truth is that Trump is only powerful because he reflects the concerns, the views, and the values of those who support him

The Left sees Trump as a cult leader, and that if they could only eliminate Trump, then the whole MAGA movement would fall apart. Hence their desperation to find some way to remove Trump from the political scene, and their perplexity and frustration that the harder they try, the more popular Trump becomes.

The truth is that Trump is only powerful because he reflects the concerns, the views, and the values of those who support him. His strength derives not from being a forceful proponent of his ideas. Rather it is from his giving voice and recognition to the values and ideals of millions of Americans who have been dismissed, devalued, and abused by the Left for so long.

Instead of a cult leader, Trump is the nucleus of a conservative movement, the inheritor of the Tea Party, and ultimately of the Republican party that formed to oppose slavery. He is not one man leading a gullible flock of sheep, but rather the champion pushed forward by an angry multitude—a champion who only grows stronger the greater the challenge.

In reflecting on my own life, I find that the things that seemed at the time to have been disasters and great losses have nearly always turned out to be the events that led me in new directions and new growth.

The current inhabitant is being revealed to be a shell, a puppet for those who desire the destruction of America

What would we have known of the Deep State if Trump had never been elected? Would we have known of the depth of corruption in our institutions if he had not exposed them by his mere presence? Their attempts to silence him have brought sunlight into a myriad of dark places that have been sheltered for too many decades—dark places where corruption and anti-American powers have grown.

The office of President brings out both the best and the worst of those who assume it.

The current inhabitant is being revealed to be a shell, a puppet for those who desire the destruction of America. He is uncovered as one who is enriching himself and his family at the expense of the country. He is a front for Deep State agents who seek totalitarian control and who betray the legitimate powers of government to persecute those who oppose them.

Trump, instead, has been refined in the fires of his opposition. He is less brash, less naive, less trusting, more mature and more focused. He has shown his mettle and the Left fears him and grows ever more desperate. No sunshine soldier or summer patriot is he, and it is his example that inspires others to step forth. Once begun, we cannot fail except if we choose to surrender.

No, Trump is not a cult leader. Trump is a true Leader, akin to a Washington or a Lincoln who steps forth in times of need, often reluctantly, to capture and articulate the rightful concerns of a citizenry who reflect the true spirit and greatness of what America means.

From the words of what is both a song and a prayer:

America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!
