Just because something is in the news doesn’t make it news

President Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell having a great lunch meeting and a kumbaya moment is not news to me. I’m glad they presented a united message, but legislative results are news. There were none yet.

What Hillary Clinton thinks or says about anything does not matter to me one iota. She is irrelevant to any conversation. And I wouldn’t waste time reading her book about blaming everybody and everything for her presidential loss. It’s never her fault.

Trump is disturbing the peace by refusing to pretend awful things are fine

Normal Americans with basic common sense understand things like this. They understand it’s not fine to run up $20 trillion in debt. They understand it’s not fine to make awful deals with evil regimes that allow them to build nuclear weapons. They understand it’s not fine to report “news” stories that are not true. They understand it’s not fine to destroy insurance markets and then use taxpayer money to bail out the insurers so you can pretend it’s not happening.

They also understand it’s not fine to run to the news media anonymously with information, which may not even be true, that you’re not supposed to be sharing. And they understand it’s not fine to run for political office promising to do something, only to not do it while pretending you tried when you really didn’t.

Open a Criminal Investigation of Barack Hussein Obama

It’s suddenly big news that there are perverts in Hollywood. The really big news is that former President Barack Hussein Obama’s communist and terrorist-support network remains a state secret. Attorney General Jeff Sessions won’t touch it.

Until we come to grips with Obama, our first Marxist president with radical Muslim sympathies, we are adrift as a nation. He ran for office as a “committed Christian,” a monumental deception to conceal his record of service to the communist cause, Muslim background, and grooming by suspected Soviet espionage agent Frank Marshall Davis.

The Big Obama Comeback To Be Followed by the Big Trump Takedown

Get ready for the Second Coming of Barack Hussein Obama. THE COMEBACK! Ready or not, Obama will emerge from the shadows that have been sheltering him as ‘Leader of the Resistance’, for a 2-day Global Summit in Chicago, where he floats the hope that young civic leaders gathered for the Summit call will live on to “change the world”.

Note that Resistance Leader Obama, flush with a $60-million plus book deal and a $1-billion, modern, stone-and-glass complex on Lake Michigan planned as the Obama Presidential Center for a 2021 opening, is not creeping back to the front of the battle lines, but will be strutting across the stage, in full theatrical glory at Chicago’s Hyatt Regency McCormick Place.

Congressional Black Caucus Prayer Breakfast: The Great Black Deception

Flipping through my TV channels, I stumbled upon the 2017 Congressional Black Caucus Annual Prayer Breakfast on The Word Network; the world’s largest black religious channel. This year’s theme was, “And Still I Rise”.

Folks, I thought, “Oh my gosh, these people have no shame.” This breakfast was all about exploiting black’s Christian heritage to deceive them for the purpose of furthering Leftists’ anti-Christian agenda. Every musical performance praised Jesus. Leftists despise Jesus, aggressively seeking to ban the God of Christianity from the public square.  Several of the all democrat speakers quoted the Bible to strengthen their political deceptions. The truth in quoting the Bible is as repulsive to Leftists as showing Dracula the Cross.

Apple ‘head of diversity’ apologizes for saying white men are not all exactly the same

Pretty delicious irony here: If your job is “head of diversity,” you don’t have to design computers or software or anything like that. But you can fail at your job, and you would do that by acknowledging that there’s any concept of diversity apart from what the cultural orthodoxy says.

Denise Young Smith has this job at Apple, and apparently she engages in a little too much independent thought because one day she got a little tired of the idea that diversity can’t be about anything but racial and sexual identity. So she said so, and that’s where her trouble started:

Refugee resettlement putting America at risk

Maryland’s diminutive and unassuming private citizen, Ann Corcoran, has been writing about refugee resettlement on her now-famous blog, Refugee Resettlement Watch, since 2007. Without her work it is highly doubtful we would know nearly as much about this dangerous and wildly out-of-control program. To know her, listen to her, watch her on TV, she reminds you of a kindly grandmother, (which she is), quietly but assertively lecturing us to eat our porridge. You could never imagine the ire she has aroused among the radical Left and their allies in the refugee resettlement industry.

But she has.

Kimmel says driving away Republican viewers ‘not ideal’ - but he’d do it again ‘in a heartbeat’

I’ll be honest.  I don’t watch any of the late-night talk shows, and I don’t know anyone who does. The last time I regularly watched a talk show it was David Letterman - and not ‘grumpy old man’ Letterman, either.  I’m talking about 1980’s, sarcastic, angry-at-his-own-network Letterman.

Late shows used to be about access to the worlds of movies, comedy, and music - at a time when there were very few daily sources for such information. These days, if you’re a fan of pop culture, online outlets have demolished the need for couch interviews. It’s an archaic format that serves no purpose in a world where the internet delivers a constant stream of insightful, highly-focused, entertainment news.  ...And that stream is running 24/7 so, by the time a late show tapes, the topics are at least a day out of date.

Ottawa to cut small-business tax, simplify reforms after uproar

OTTAWA—The Liberal government announced a cut to small business tax rates Monday, as Ottawa scrambled to appease business entrepreneurs who believe recent tax change proposals run counter to the government’s stated claim that it’s fighting for the middle class.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, alongside Finance Minister Bill Morneau Monday, said the government will lower the small business tax rate to 10 per cent in January and to nine per cent in 2019. The move came just weeks after the Finance Department closed the consultation period for its proposed tax changes under private corporations.—More….

Nigel Farage: Hillary Is Making a ‘Sad, Sorry Spectacle of Herself’

“The amount of fabricated, false information that your voters were given by the ‘leave’ campaign ... you had Farage campaigning for Trump and the like. You know, the big lie is a very potent tool,” Clinton said to the BBC.

“She hates Brexit, she hates me, and she thinks it gave Trump the edge,” the former leader of the United Kingdom’s Independence Party told “Fox & Friends.”—More…

FBI: Oh, by the way, we just found 30 pages of information about the Clinton/Lynch tarmac meeting

What does the FBI know about the infamous tarmac meeting last year between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch? She was their boss at the time, after all. It sure looked like an attempt by the former president to influence the FBI’s investigation into his wife’s schlock, homebrew e-mail server - an investigation of which Lynch was the head as attorney general.

But the FBI has always claimed it had no documentation or information concerning the meeting, so when Freedom of Information Act requests were filed concerning the meeting, the answer was that there was no information to be provided.

Sanctimonious, dictator-loving jerk: How dare Trump change the sweet deal we gave Iran?

John Kerry is a disgusting, vile human being. I just thought I should mention that.

He sold out his fellow Vietnam veterans as the so-called Winter Soldier hearings, accusing them of horrible atrocities while claiming that he himself was some sort of war hero. Throughout his public life, Kerry has consistently embraced the worst anti-American tyrants on Earth, from the Sandinistas in Nicaragua to the Castros in Cuba to the terrorists in the Middle East and the mad mullahs in Iran. If you’re evil and tyrannical, and you hate America, John Kerry is ready to be your best friend.
