Obamanation press, charges of racism
Hatch, Cornyn and Graham on Judicial Pantywaist Watch

Democrats chose a presidential nominee strictly on the basis of his race. They were focused solely on “making history,” remember? That president has now chosen a Supreme Court nominee strictly on the basis of her race, once again, to “make history.” So why would you be shocked that the Obamanation press, are once again calling Republicans “racists..?”
Obama chose the most far left judicial activist available as his Supreme Court nominee—but the Obama press will make certain that this is NOT about Sotomayor’s far left judicial activism. No, according to the leftist press, Republicans will make race an issue in Sotomayor confirmation! Hatch, Cornyn and Graham are already gun shy on the matter…
Every freedom loving American with respect for the Constitution should be opposed to Sotomayor; including all seven Senate Judiciary Republicans needed to block her anointing in the Judicial Committee. But are they prepared for the political fallout that might come along with doing the right thing for American justice?
Three Republicans are already showing signs that they are preparing to roll over for Obama, just as they have rolled over for the left on many occasions, leaving the GOP little more than a rubber stamp for the leftist juggernaut currently raping and plundering our once great nation, in the name of some secular socialist One World Order fantasy.
Reacting to negative comments from “the right” concerning Obama’s left-wing judicial activist Sotomayor, Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) condemned those in his party who are calling Sotomayor “a racist.” - “I just don’t think it’s appropriate,” he said of the rhetoric.
LA Times reports, Some Republicans rebuke Limbaugh, Gingrich on Sotomayor criticism.
“I think it’s terrible,” Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) said in a radio interview, condemning those who have called Sotomayor a racist. “This is not the kind of tone that any of us want to set when it comes to performing our constitutional responsibilities of advice and consent.”
Sen. Orrin G. Hatch (R-Utah) rejected their assertion that Sotomayor is racist. “I don’t agree with that,” he said on CNN. “And, frankly, I think it’s a little premature and early, because she hasn’t had a chance to explain some of these comments that she’s made.”
Sen. Graham Calls on Sotomayor to Apologize for ‘Wise Latina’ Statement, as if a simple apology will clear the way for his support of the most far left judicial activist ever nominated to the high court in U.S. history.
Obama said Friday that given the chance, Sotomayor would have “restated” her racist comment, and that she was merely trying to express how her experiences give her perspective on others’ hardships.
“She didn’t say that at all,” Graham countered on Fox News Sunday; suggesting Sotomayor’s statement raises questions about her objectivity.—“What she said is that based on her life experiences is that she thought a Latina woman, somebody with her background, would be a better judge than a guy like me—a white guy from South Carolina,” Graham said. “It is troubling, and it’s inappropriate and I hope she’ll apologize.”
Apologize? A quick apology will erase the reality that this nominee is clearly a racially motivated judicial activist, by her own words? An apology is all that’s needed here?
Graham said her controversial statement suggests she feels her life experiences give her a “superiority” over others.—“I don’t want that kind of person being a judge in my case,” he said.
But, “I don’t think she’s a racist,” Graham said, trying to distance himself from “right-wing extremists” like Rush Limbaugh, Newt Gingrich and Tom Tancredo.
Speaking like a good little Obama sheep, Democrat Sen. Arlen Specter defended Sotomayor’s objectivity.—“She has an extraordinary record and I believe that it’s fair to ask her about the question, but she has a long solid record to show that she’s fair and not biased,” he said on FOX News Sunday.
She has an extraordinary judicial record alright, as a left-wing activist just who has demonstrated her racist bent on so many occasions that even liberals call her a “judicial bully” and one of few appeals court judges in the nation to be overturned by the US Supreme Court on 75% of her judicial decisions.
Seven Senate Republicans are needed to block Sotomayor in committee. But three are already showing their yellow bellied jelly spines as they try to set the stage for supporting a Supreme Court nominee who will clearly be an activist against all that these Republicans claim to hold dear, for decades to come.
As a result, Americans who still think justice should be blind to race, creed, color or politics, must put these three Senate Republicans on pantywaist watch. Democrats have enough votes to confirm Sotomayor on a floor vote, which means she can only be derailed in committee.
Seven Republicans sit on that committee… and ALL seven are needed to block Sotomayor!
- Jeff Sessions (AL)
- Orrin G. Hatch (UT)
- Charles E. Grassley (IA)
- Jon Kyl (AZ)
- Lindsey Graham (SC)
- John Cornyn (TX)
- Tom Coburn (OK)
At least three of them are showing signs of moving in the wrong direction, as they are once again buffaloed into thinking they need the illegal immigrant vote to remain in political power.
RNC head Michael Steele is able to see the “racial” trap set for Republicans in the Sotomayor nomination. And as Obama’s alphabet propaganda networks try to establish all opposition to a left-wing activist judge as nothing more than “anti-Hispanic racism,” Steele sends out a warning to Republicans…
“The trap here for the GOP I think is enormous,” Steele said. “And I know that a lot of folks want to do the knee jerk you know let’s start slammin’ and rammin’, but I think we really need to take a step back from this and deal with two things, one, the historic aspect of it, acknowledge it, but then move on to the substance of the conversation about what this woman believes.”
However, despite his well-founded warning, Steele is also reluctant to take on the tyrants for fear of being labeled a “right-wing racist” like Limbaugh or Gingrich.
Face it… The left controls not only all three branches of the Federal government at present, but 98% of the press and 80% of academia as well. They control the flow of information used to shape public opinion, which is more powerful than holding every seat in congress.
There is NO way to oppose Sotomayor without the left labeling that opposition an act of extreme right-wing racism and hate. That’s what all of dissenting views are labeled today. If you aren’t pro-Obama, pro-abortion, pro-homo, pro-illegal immigration, pro-socialism and pro-One World Order, you are a “right-wing racist” today, according to Obamanation and all of their blind minions in the press and academia.
Like it or not, Republicans will not be able to block Sotomayor or the secular socialist agenda of Obamanation without being labeled “racists” at a minimum. That’s how the deck has been stacked and that’s why it was stacked by the left, as “historic change” based upon “racial equality.”
Yet if these people were indeed “equal,” they wouldn’t need race or a nanny state in order to confiscate their equality from those who have earned the right to call themselves “equal.”
And if leftists were truly interested in “equal justice” and application of law, they would not tolerate let alone perpetuate judicial activism in the courts.
Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names are just tools of political operatives. Who knew that individual rights and individual achievement would ever be referred to as greed or fascism in America? But that’s where we are, and if you oppose the systematic destruction of American freedom and liberty, the left will labeled you all sorts of evil names today.
Those names are intended to silence dissent. If any of the seven Republicans able to block Sotomayor allow themselves to be silenced by name calling, they will allow every American to be labeled by Sotomayor from the bench. They either take a stand for what’s right or they step aside to make room for someone with the backbone to do the job they were elected to do.
They are on pantywaist watch today, and true American patriots seeking real justice in the courts must remind them daily that their future, as well as ours, hangs in the balance. They must muster the spine to stand up for the American people, or they are worse than useless to the American people.
Contact all seven as often as it takes to get firm commitments from each of them, that they will stand together to block Sotomayor and every other left-wing activist nominated by Obama. Justice must be a blind equal enforcement of our laws.
But Republicans must stop acting blind to all that is going on around them!
