How odd that a Christian pastor requires the security protections of Islam

Egomaniac Rev. Wright Drives Stake in Heart of Obama Campaign

Just when it looked like Obama might actually survive the firestorm surrounding his connection to the racist pastor Wright, the good Reverend comes out of hiding to pour more fuel on the fire. The good Reverend is becoming about as helpful to Obama as Bill is to Hillary… With friends like this, who needs enemies?

Well-known leftist ABC news commentator Bill Moyers set the stage for Wright’s National Press Club début by tossing Wright softballs to hit out of the park unchallenged. For a man who isn’t running for office, Wright sure has his campaign strategy down pat.   Like an old Democrat pro, Wright even limited press club questions to previously cleared cue cards, his answers dripping from his lips before each question was even asked. It wasn’t a press conference. It was a campaign event. Not for Barack Obama, but for Jeremiah Wright, who appears happy to drive the final nail in Obama’s political coffin just to serve his own egomaniacal agenda.   Obama has only tax-payer funded Secret Service agents at his side. But the Rev. Wright is now accompanied by Nation of Islam henchmen, in stark contrast to the security detail visible during the Pope’s recent visit. How odd that a Christian pastor requires the security protections of Islam… Wasn’t it Islamic Jihadists who attacked our nation not so long ago?

Obama’s Next Move

Attempts to make excuses for Rev. Wright’s anti-American racial rants have fallen short of breathing life back into a faltering Obama campaign. On the heels of a brutal loss to Hillary Clinton in Pennsylvania, in part the result of Obama’s pre-primary hoof-in-mouth over those small town gun-toting bible-thumpers, Obama can’t catch a break.   Sane American voters had already figured out that Obama’s claims of dissent against Rev. Wright’s anti-American racist church were about as genuine as a twenty-year member of the Ku Klux Klan claiming to be the next Martin Luther King, without ever dropping his membership in the KKK.   Now that Wright has galvanized his racial anti-American remarks before the National Press Club, what’s a dying Democrat candidate to do?   The Rev. Wright made this all about an attack on ALL “Black Churches,” not just one racist pastor who now refers to himself as a “victim” of ongoing racism. So, Obama can’t just denounce the Reverend anymore. He must either agree with the Reverend or denounce ALL “Black Churches.”

Damn Barack Obama!

That’s what Wright should have said, because that is what he just did! He damned Barack Obama’s quest for the Oval Office, to the ash-heap of failed campaigns.   Obama is out of room to run. If Obama does not completely condemn the egomaniacal racist rantings of Rev. Wright and his church of perpetual racism fast, and single him out as someone just as hate-filled and extreme as white supremacists who say the same things about blacks that Wright says about whites, his political future is over.   But if Obama does completely denounce his twenty-year moral mentor and his church of perpetual racism, he will lose nearly every black voter currently propping up his campaign. Terms like “oreo” and “house-#” will fly from the mouths of black constituents, not whites…   Either way, Obama is finished! And although 81% of Americans say that America is now capable of electing a black president, are they ready to elect a black racist?

One of Two Things is True

Obama is cornered… as one of these two things is definitely true. Obama is a deeply engaged member of his twenty-year church, or – he isn’t.   If he is, then he is a member of Rev. Wright’s anti-American racist belief system, which is so radical that it now requires security guards from the Nation of Islam.   If he isn’t, and chooses to completely denounce the inflammatory racial ideology of Rev. Wright’s church, then he is a fraud who used his twenty-year membership in an alleged “Christian” church, without having any idea what that church stood for…   Again, either way, Obama is finished!

Another Black Pastor’s View

Obama’s supporters need to take a breather from the hate-filled Wright and listen in to another leader of the Black Community, The Honorable James David Manning, PhD, from Harlem.   Liberal political operatives on all those left-wing alphabet network news shows are racing to provide Obama’s damage control, pointing out that Rev. Wright does not speak for all black people, let alone all liberals. They are sure right about that, as one can see in this video clip from Rev. James Manning…   But he sure did speak for Barack Obama and his family for the last twenty years… and up until the moment that Rev. Wright’s left-wing racial rants were made public on YouTube, the Obama family used that relationship for political gain.

Nowhere to Run!

There is no place left for Obama to hide. Obama’s pastor has put him on the front page of every news outlet. He’s forcing him to either stand up for his church and his people, or cut off all connections and denounce his entire twenty-year membership in the church of perpetual racism.   Obama’s minions and campaign surrogates are dashing out to media sources in an effort to refocus voters on “the issues” as if Obama’s character, moral compass and long-term relationships with anti-American racist radicals is not one of the most important issues of his campaign…   To hear his minions tell it, the Rev. Wright story is one of those imaginary “right-wing” FOX News conspiracies like Hillary Clinton used to dream about while her husband was busy nailing every skirt within 500 yards of the Oval Office.

A Barnburner of a Convention

In this case, I use the term “barnburner” in the literal sense. As neither Obama nor Clinton will secure enough delegates to win the Democrat nomination before the convention, the firestorms raging around both campaigns just might burn the entire party convention to the ground this fall!   It couldn’t happen to a more deserving group of outright frauds!
