Devout Muslims at Homeland Security?



Why are Muslims chosen to fill important positions in Homeland Security? Arif Alikhan is the Assistant Secretary for Policy Development and DHS, and Kareem Shora is a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council (Read his blog).

No doubt, this is Obama's way of showing the world that America harbors no ill-will against and is not afraid of Muslims. Not all Americans are comfortable with Obama's embrace of the religion that continues to pump out people hell-bent on killing Americans. Faisal Shahzad, the Times Square bomber, swore allegiance to the United States when he accepted his citizenship, and, as he was being sentenced to life in prison, told the judge he didn't mean it.
