A majority of investors believe President Barack Obama is having a negative impact on the American investment climate, even as corporations report earnings growth, according to a new Bloomberg poll. Among 1,030 Bloomberg subscribers surveyed worldwide, 63 percent said they are more pessimistic about the policies of Obama as they affect the investment climate in the U.S. When only American investors were surveyed, the number jumped to 68 percent. There are certain things that can’t be blamed on an inheritance. President Obama’s refusal to extend tax cuts months ago, health care savings assurances that haven’t panned out, a drilling moratorium, etc. have just made things worse and those who maintain or create jobs know it.
