Barack Obama’s insidious rash of scandals, lies, and abuse of power have inevitably given rise to comparisons to the Watergate crisis dumped on the American people by President Richard M. Nixon more than forty years ago.
While there are similar instances of tyranny in both the Obama and Nixon resumes of abuse, there are also notable differences.
For instance, while Obama’s Benghazi fiasco involved the tragic loss of American lives and the disgraceful cover up of those losses for political purposes, not a single life was lost as a result of Watergate.
And while Barack Obama has been the darling of the mainstream media and protected at all costs by that media, Richard M. Nixon was public enemy # 1 and was the target of continuous pounding, mockery, and accusation from folks whom were supposed to be objective and independent.
If Barack Obama were to face the intense scrutiny of the media that was in hot pursuit of Richard Nixon's butt every day, Obama would have been impeached or forced to resign early in his first term.
Bottom line: Richard Nixon was NO Barack Obama!
