"Guilt trip" ploy and the "Blame game" gambit

Fanning the Flames of Envy, Greed, and Hatred

And now the spiritually warped, morally stunted, lying sacks of s--t that comprise the Far Left are prepared to once more immerse millions in bloodshed in order to satiate their ego-driven lusts and fulfill their perverted delusions. All of you left-wing dolts...are obviously nothing but strident anti-American freedom hating a--holes. # each and every one of you traitorous dips--ts, from Boston to San Francisco, from sea to shining sea! --It's the Illegality, Stupid
I am all for recycling and see no reason to reinvent the wheel, so the above paragraph from an old (2010) article of mine will do just fine for expressing how I feel about the race baiting agit-prop criminals stirring things up over the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, and the grand jury's decision not to indict Officer Wilson. I call them criminals because that is what they are. Inciting, urging, encouraging people to loot, burn and destroy leads directly to such behavior, and I hold these (largely) outsider agit-prop professionals as being just as culpable for the chaos in Ferguson as the actual looters and burners. They fan the flames of racial fear and hatred while displaying a moral arrogance that they are not remotely entitled to. They want to complain about how unfair things are, how unjust and prejudiced America is? How awful their past history is? Well get in line numb-nuts, I have your sob story beat by a mile. I am of Irish descent and believe me I could whine with the best of them if woe and hard times are what's on the table. St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, spent years as a slave. While America's black ancestors were mostly still living free in Africa, Irish were being shipped to the New World as slaves.
The Irish slave trade began when James II sold 30,000 Irish prisoners as slaves to the New World. His Proclamation of 1625 required Irish political prisoners be sent overseas and sold to English settlers in the West Indies. By the mid 1600s, the Irish were the main slaves sold to Antigua and Montserrat. At that time, 70% of the total population of Montserrat was Irish slaves.

...During the 1650s, over 100,000 Irish children between the ages of 10 and 14 were taken from their parents and sold as slaves in the West Indies, Virginia and New England. In this decade, 52,000 Irish (mostly women and children) were sold to Barbados and Virginia. Another 30,000 Irish men and women were also transported and sold to the highest bidder. In 1656, Cromwell ordered that 2000 Irish children be taken to Jamaica and sold as slaves to English settlers. Many people today will avoid calling the Irish slaves what they truly were: Slaves. They'll come up with terms like "Indentured Servants" to describe what occurred to the Irish. However, in most cases from the 17th and 18th centuries, Irish slaves were nothing more than human cattle.-- John Martin "The Irish Slave Trade - The Forgotten 'White' Slaves" To hear some of these agit-prop blowhards you would think that America invented slavery, and only blacks were ever enslaved. News Flash: slavery has been around for beaucoup millennia all across the globe, and countless cultures have practiced (are practicing) it. America is anything but unique in that regard. What is unique about America is that it fought a bloody civil war to end the practice. Revisionist history aside, ending slavery in the US was the chief reason for America's Civil War (the Irish fought bravely on both sides of that conflict -- F√°g an Bealach!). I could go on with tales of Irish woe: "The Great Famine of '45," and the prejudice in America (signs saying "Irish Need Not Apply")--and on and on. But unlike the pot stirrers in Ferguson, whining and kicking dead dogs is not my style. Oh black racist demagogues, how do I despise thee? Let me count the ways--I will start with your racial profiling that hides behind the term "identity politics." I've got your "identity politics" hanging, you racist blowhards. You racially profile blacks into one homogenous whole and then swoon at the merest hint of "racial profiling" ("How dare you profile our profile!"). You may call it "identity politics," but I know profiling when I see it. And God help the black person who refuses your stereotypes and attempts to leave the "Government Plantation" so as to better themselves outside the borders of your "identity politics" profile. Because I am not a racist I do not "color-code" people, and my behavior toward others is not dependent upon their skin color. Consequently I can clearly see "identity politics" for the jejune rubbish that it is. I despise black race-baiting bigots not because they are black, but because they are duplicitous, opportunistic shake-down artists who excel at fomenting racial division, distrust, envy, greed, hatred and discontent. Screw 'em and the horse they rode in on. I admire blacks such as Sheriff David Clarke, Allen West, and Star Parker, not because they are black, but because they take personal responsibility for their lives, respect America, and doggedly hold onto their moral and spiritual values come hell or high water. I admire them because they are admirable people. And this whole "reparations for past injustices" thing--oh puh-leeze. Get over yourselves you whiny weasels. YOU WERE NOT THERE, and neither was I, so # you and your bulls--t scam. Gee, my ancestors were raped and enslaved by Vikings, does that mean I should be making the rounds in Scandinavia, hat in hand, seeking recompense? Is there a cut-off date for that sort of thing? By golly, surely I'm due some money for what Britain put my Irish forebears through. The Queen's got big bucks--I should look into that... I could go on and on in this vein of course, but suffice it to say that my loathing for these race-baiting hustlers knows no bounds. God I detest them, and their poisonous guilt-trip snake oil. Speaking of guilt trips... America's children have been propagandized for generations with such vile propaganda texts as Howard Zinn's popular "history" (I use the term very loosely) "A People's History of the United States," so it is not surprising that they all too often have a "shame-based" perception of the USA. Well guess what? If you look at the world through c--p colored glasses everything looks like s--t. I can make anything look bad by using a combination of methods. No thing, no person, and certainly no country, can emerge unscathed from such unremittingly negative nit picking. Turn the corrupt and corrupting glare of "critical theory" around on the "sacred cows" of the Left and see how well they hold up under negatively biased scrutiny. They will quickly be shown for the crass and vapid constructs that they are. Tied in closely with the "guilt trip" ploy is the "blame game" gambit. That is where personal responsibility is anathema, and it is always "their" fault, "they" did it, and it's all because of "them." From Obama on down you see the "blame game" gambit in play throughout the Left. Until one takes responsibility for one's own life no meaningful personal growth is possible -- period. Without personal growth people stay "stuck on stupid" in perpetuity. A few final words to close. I go armed whenever I leave my house, and if anyone wants to dance I am ready to Tango--anytime, anywhere. But as infuriating as I find the Obama regime, the race hustlers, the arrogant back-stabbing traitors that permeate our government, and their ilk--I try not to let these arrogant bone-heads dictate how I feel. How I feel is my choice, and I will not be pushed and prodded by others into rash action--especially when I feel that is exactly what they would like to see. My apologies to anyone who may have been offended by my free use of expletives in this article, but in the words of Sheriff Clarke, "This p--ses me off."
