House Budget Bill's Funding Nightmare

The 2014 Midterm Election was a historical rejection of President Barack Obama, and the policies of the Democrat Party.
The strategies of the Republican Party always seems to be to vote away any leverage they may have in future debates, by giving in to too many of the liberal left Democrat Party's demands, and voting for bills or resolutions that are a longer term than they should be in regards to their best interests, while trying to give us the illusion they are doing something about this President's lawlessness (like Boehner's lawsuit regarding Obama's illegal amnesty proclamation). In other words, from the floors of Congress, you are supposed to try to get what you want long-term, but anytime you give in on something you do it for short-term. The GOP always seems to do the opposite. They gave away their leverage in 2012, and they have done it again in 2014. They are scared to death of the Democrats using the words "Government Shutdown," so they run in circles, and then cower in the corner under the verbal lashings they receive by their Democrat Party counterparts. The reality is that spending cuts have to start somewhere, and removing funding from unconstitutional Democrat Party policies are a great place to start, especially for a blatantly illegal amnesty push through executive orders that, though executive orders in and of themselves are not unconstitutional, executive actions that act in a legislative manner are (in violation of Article I, Section 1 of the United States Constitution that grants all legislative powers to Congress). The New York Times says that the President is pushing the "full extent" of his powers, but the States know Obama's executive immigration action is illegal. . . that's why 17 States are suing Obama over it (though it would be more effective, and kinder to the taxpayers, to leave the court system out of it and simply nullify the illegal actions of the federal government we are having imposed upon us through the overpowering hand of King Obama). Even "The One" knows his unilateral move on immigration is unconstitutional. . . that's why he's been trying to implement it as fast as possible.

What is going on in the House right now betrays every American citizen who voted for a change in irresponsible governing

Now, what we have is a House bill, pushed by Speaker of the House John Boehner, that is a $1.1 trillion monstrosity that over a 9-month period is devastating to our country, and then is supposed to increase to $1.466 trillion over the 12-month cycle. I get it, the cringing Republicans, suffering from "battered wife syndrome" after being continuously flogged by the Democrats, the Media, and other institutions like the education system, believe during this lame-duck session they have to be willing to do a few things to win favor with the overlords because if they don't, the beatings will resume in the near future. But they don't see what we see because they are somewhere inside a liberal beltway whose blinders don't allow them to see beyond the nonsensical rantings of the bureaucrats and consultants. Just for once, I would like to see the Republican Party Establishment listen to a little sense. Ted Cruz said during the election season, "I don't think Congress should come back for a lame duck. I think the idea of having a bunch of Senators who have just been thrown out of office set any meaningful policy doesn't make any sense." Yet, Boehner is leading the charge in giving the outgoing Democrats, who lost their majority in the Senate, and was delegated down to a minority position in the House of Representatives and in the States not seen since 1928, exactly what they want. What is going on in the House right now betrays every American citizen who voted for a change in irresponsible governing. The legislation being pushed through is full of pork, funds Obama's illegal immigration agenda, and throws away a good amount of the leverage that the new Congress will need in the new year. The moves going on, in fact, has ten conservative groups calling for Boehner, and soon to be Senate majority leader McConnell, to resign. Immigration is a deal breaker to many Americans, and it is a winning issue for the Republican Party, despite the propaganda being launched by the liberal left saying otherwise. President Barack Obama's immigration executive actions are unconstitutional, making him a lawless president, and by giving in to his demands, by funding his illegal immigration policies, the GOP will be rejecting their oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution, and are turning their back on the American voters that gave them an opportunity to put a tourniquet on the out-of-control fiscal bleeding we are experiencing. Here's some of the details of the massive spending bill's damage: Boehner's bill fully funds departments helping those illegally crossing our borders granting $948 million for HHS illegal immigrant assistance (an increase of $80 million). Another $14 million goes to schools taking in illegal immigrants, and the State Department gets $260 million to assist central American countries where the illegals are invading from. But the bill in Congress doesn't stop there. It fully funds Obamacare and funds a pork project for outgoing Republican Eric Cantor. We are told elections mean something. Republicans then pull this kind of stuff, and though I am not one to support such a pilgrimage away from the lone vehicle we have to fight this fight, it is amazing that the GOP does not understand why so many conservatives are leaving the Republican Party, and are calling for a new political party that actually listens to the people, and follows the law of the land that most of us know as The United States Constitution.
