Will Latest Court Ruling Cause Obama to Rethink Forced Closure of GITMO?

Recent reports suggest that President Barack Obama is developing Executive Orders to implement his will with respect to GITMO; said action being necessary, at least in Obama's mind, because Congress has a different will and has prohibited the transfer of dangerous terrorists from GITMO to facilities on the US mainland. Obama is also reportedly working to implement parts of previously issued decrees with respect to immigration, despite court rulings which blocked implementation.
Obama's plans for further dictatorial assault on the US Constitution and defiance of Congress may be impacted by a ruling issued by the 5th Circuit federal appeals court on Monday. As reported:
A federal appeals court has rejected President Barack Obama's effort to move forward with a series of executive actions he announced last year seeking to give quasi-legal status and work permits to millions of illegal immigrants. The 2-1 ruling Monday from the New Orleans-based 5th Circuit is a defeat for the Obama administration, but one that may have come just in the nick of time to give the Supreme Court the chance to revive Obama's attempt to make it easier for many immigrants who entered the U.S. illegally to live and work here.
The big question: Will this latest defeat convince Obama to accept the fact that the Constitution grants equal power to the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches, and that his will is NOT always the only will that matters? Or will our childish, ego-maniacal president forge ahead with his lawless war on the US Constitution and Congress?
