The Derangement of John McCain

May 22, 2017 — Andrew G. Benjamin

As the sharks of both parties and their partisan US media circle the boat with teeth bared “This Time We Got Him!”, obstruction of justice and impeachment fantasies, Judas, er, I meant John McCain, joined Donald Trump’s vile enemies by referring to Watergate.

HARVARD STUDY reveals US Media , hugely biased, blindly partisan, bordering on the irrational, and enraged at their loss, is up to 93% Biased Against Donald Trump  (See Charts Below)

Watergate was a break-in to Democrat Headquarter by self-motivated people not authorized to do so by Richard M. Nixon.

Media: CNN’s Reliable Sources: Reliable Can’t Possibly Get Any More Reliable!

May 17, 2017 — Andrew G. Benjamin

The revelations about Donald Trump started with Carl Bernstein of Watergate fame. He, of the Washington Post, a very reliable source, especially after Amazon honcho Jeff Bezos purchased the paper because his primary enemy is Donald Trump and he didn’t want to pay his FAIR SHARE of tax bills that tend to arrive reliably. According to Carl, conservatives who disagreed with WashPo and CNN’s paid hit men who were specifically hired to dig dirt up on Trump, happen to be “ideologues.” Good thing he and CNN aren’t. Probably no one at WashPo and CNN noticed that the paper and the network spend their pages and air time 24/7 with hit pieces on the president of the United States.

Bernstein, and just an hour earlier on the same channel called Trump and his fans “a grave danger to the Republic.” More than 60% of the states and electorals voted for him.  In other words, We, the People, are a grave danger to the Republic. The ones who voted for the The Grifter Candidate were not.

The New York Post’s Michael Goodwin writes: I support Trump—but he’s annoying us all

Not long ago, a friend was reciting things she needed to do before celebrating Passover with her family: preparing the ritual foods, doing something special for her grandchildren and making room for her daughter’s in-laws.

Exhausted by the list, she looked at me and said, “It’s not easy being Jewish.”

Donald Trump Dismisses James Comey: The Letter

May 10, 2017 — Andrew G. Benjamin

This author asserted at this website four months ago that;

  • There is no supportable evidence of a successful Russian attempt that can be credited with scuttling Hillary Clinton’s presidential aspirations;
  • That there’s no evidence of WIKILEAKS and Vladimir Putin conspiring or coordinating to change the results of the American elections;
  • There’s no evidence of the Trump Campaign or Donald Trump conspiring, colluding or coordinating either with the Russians or Wikileaks;
  • The ONLY evidence in existence to date is of the Clintons having a Russian Connection that benefited the Clintons only.

The Clinton’s activities gravely damaged the interest of these United States and global security. The laws allegedly being broken by the Clinton Team cover self-enrichment and self-dealing while serving as elected and appointed officials in high office. The Clinton’s may also have violated racketeering laws under RICO.

Confessions of a Denier: The Last Word on Global Warming

Albert Einstein reportedly said concerning the book dissidents had written to his Theory of Relativity, One Hundred Authors Against Einstein, “Why 100? If I were wrong, then one would have been enough.”

Ever since I was a young man seven weeks ago, sledding down a hill in high snow across from my family’s apartment where the then-Soviet-era KGB’s headquarters on the Buda side of Budapest had its “public relations offices,” I became intensely aware of “public relations” and weather.

I found to my chagrin that snow melted.

IMMIGRATION: What About the Children?

May 9, 2017 — Andrew G. Benjamin

Ripping parents away from their children was never a “moral problem.”

It became a problem the parents of the children created, of their choice, the problem they alone initiated and lived by. It was their moral problem alone.

Donald Trump had nothing to do with it. He did not create the problem, he addressed it.

The results of the problem are that for which the parents alone should be held responsible and for which they alone should pay. In a free society, individuals are, and should be, held responsible for their own actions. Not society, that did not make the choice.

Dispassionate and Rational Thought is an Act of Bigotry

Apr 3, 2017 — Andrew G. Benjamin

If you think you have a clear mind, you will want to see this dated, perhaps 12-year-old, now-historical video. If your mind is muddled, it doesn’t really matter what you think.

It is the best video of its kind that examined the subject of WHAT LIBERALS THINK in its various facets. The last 12 years have certainly validated its absolute accuracy and doubled-down on today’s political scene. If there ever were a Bulls Eye analysis that is also entertaining and funny, this is it. A masterpiece by a former self-admitted New York liberal Jew - and they don’t come much more liberal than that - who was an associate of another like-kind, as he was the writer for, Bill Maher.

The inexplicable happiness of the Norwegians and Danes, as propagandized by the liberal-left media, created a model for humanity and for America’s Democrats. It is a socialist utopia with no needy people and government largesse subsuming the entire gamut of free-lunch ideology.

Scandanavian societies are outwardly more humane than the former Eastern Block Soviet nations under Stalinist rule. The oppression of the Scandanavians at first glance is benign. But…it is oppression nevertheless. It is benign only to those who prefer to have bureaucrats make the decisions for their lives and futures. The benefactors have absolutely no idea what makes people free.

In fact, these societies provide a cruelty of another kind for their zombie-like citizens.

Res Ipsa Loquitur

Mar 16, 2017 — Andrew G. Benjamin

Res Ipsa Loquitur [Latin, The thing speaks for itself.] Generally used in tort law. A rebuttable presumption or inference that the defendant was negligent (or that his actions or inaction caused a result), which arises upon proof that the instrumentality or condition causing the injury (or result) was in the defendant’s exclusive control and that the accident (or result) was one that ordinarily does not occur in the absence of negligence (or action having been taken.)

Res ipsa loquitur, or res ipsa, as it is commonly called, is really a rule of evidence, not a rule of Substantive Law.

The preponderance of circumstantial evidence in certain cases - is THE, evidence itself!
Circumstantial Evidence is called for when no direct evidence exists. Circumstantial evidence is evidence of one recognized fact or set of facts from which the fact to be determined can be reasonably inferred because it is the logical conclusion that can be drawn from all the known facts.

Felonious Assault

Watergate was physical break-in at a Campaign HQ

A president was impeached and thrown out of office for it because they said he had to have known about it.

Trump Towers was a cyber break-in at a Campaign HQ

A former president who cannot be impeached was celebrated instead, because he said he could not have known about it. His party backing his narratives and enabling the felonies committed based on speculation and hope, a fishing expedition to find criminality where none existed, went into denial mode and blamed Vladimir Putin or whomever they can cite for that day, for the cyber break in at Trump Towers, from which, even after FISA warrants, no evidence of criminality or influence had been uncovered.

Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end. - John Dalberg-Acton, 1st Baron Acton, The History of Freedom in Antiquity (1877)

Repeals Obamacare taxes - Obamacare was “legalized” by SCOTUS on the principle that it is a tax, that it would have been an unconstitutional mandate otherwise. Not paying the tax, as not paying your income taxes, results in a penalty.

Repeals Obamacare mandate - government can no longer tell consumers what to buy, where to buy it, or FORCE them to buy it.

$16 Billion Poorer, Pathological Trump-Hating Mexican NY Times Owner Contemplates Run for Presidency

Following in the footsteps of America-hating One-World-ers who seized control of the nation’s media and universities, for example Ted Turner of CNN (former husband of Jane “Hanoi” Fonda), Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon, and Al Gore of al-Jazeera America, the list is now becoming endless.

The two schemers sat next to each other at Trump’s speech last night whispering little loving nothings into each other’s ears like Mutt & Jeff. I expected them, senior citizen school boys that they are, to start chortling at any moment?

The two have been plotting and scheming against Donald from the get go.

Why @ CNN?

NEWS: Media, Hollywood and Liberals in General Find Donald Trump Obnoxious

Feb 14, 2017 — Andrew G. Benjamin

The left wing liberal media tell us daily in the absence of any logical criticism, that the new President of the United States has achieved nothing and will achieve nothing. They remind us daily, as a substitute for Democrat’s lack of policy, ‘the man is obnoxious!”

New York Magazine, a veritable treasure trove of understatement, restraint and factual reporting, wrote:

Feb 12, 2017 — Andrew G. Benjamin

After All, it is what Democrats have been figuratively and literally doing to the rest of America since they began their illustrious party.

Anyhow, why not join the looters for bigger loot if you happen to be Amazon’s CEO?

And why not loot both, Democrats and Republicans?
