As far as CNN is concerned, it doesn't matter if it is a lie, anyway. Orwellian doublespeak is the new normal.
CNN: False Reporting is the New Normal
Meanwhile, in mainstream-media-land, there have been none of these reports.
According to the very liberal left Washington Post, over 90 percent of the media's coverage about the Trump administration has been negative. Instead of reporting the facts, which is that this administration has been very successful, and would be even more successful if the gutless republicans in Congress would cut-out their pseudo-conservative shadow dancing and actually work with this president, the mainstream media is putting out false reports in an attempt to do whatever they can to undermine the GOP's latest White House resident.
Their latest false reporting has been as follows:
- CNN Reported what they thought was a "Bombshell Exclusive In Russia Probe". but got key facts wrong, which killed the whole premise of their attack.
- ABC falsely claimed Trump directed Flynn to contact the Russians during the 2016 campaign.
- The New York Times falsely reported K.T. McFarland lied to Congress about General Flynn's communications with the Russians.
- Multiple outlets reported that Deutsche Bank received a subpoena from Mueller targeting Trump's bank records.
CNN says, hey, that's a part of the new normal. False reporting is inevitable.
Really?
I thought the media was about proving us with the news. The facts. The truth.
Not according to CNN.
The fact is, the media is not trying to report the news, they are trying to control the narrative. They know that even false reporting puts a certain line of thinking in the minds of the audience. Even lies can get people to think what you want them to think, if you apply it properly.
Like the old saying goes, tell a lie often enough, it becomes the truth.
As far as CNN is concerned, it doesn't matter if it is a lie, anyway. Orwellian doublespeak is the new normal.
