I was thinking back to when I was a child. Back then we didn’t have a lot of stuff. But then we didn’t miss what we didn’t have. Sure, on some Christmas mornings there was some disappointment with a gift that wasn’t there, but there was family; there was love; there was a sense of belonging, like you were part of something bigger than yourself. You were raised by parents who were preparing you for life. There was a sense of optimism.

Without free speech there will be no liberty;
The enforcement of equal outcomes under socialism/communism produced equal misery, uniformity, depression, and oppression;
