So, do you think you and all Americans still have protection under the 4th Amendment that the founding generation had in 1787?

4th Amendment—Then and Now

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

This third in my “Then and Now” series will address the 4th Amendment to the United States Constitution. We know that the ratification of the original Constitution was done with a gentlemen’s agreement that limitations would be developed to define citizen’s right and government limitations, thus the first 10 amendments to the Constitution.

I have no doubt that we live under a totalitarian police state. The fact that they carry out unwarranted searched of Americans and their children without anybody in a position to even question "Probable Cause" as it sounds so 4th amendment like, without the rest of the requirements mentioned in the 4th amendment. The police can accuse you of anything from a myriad of choices, and whatever they miss, the prosecutors and judges will make up the gap with ex post facto "Laws". Those whose actual "Disorderly Conduct" is ignored by a conspiracy of jurist who are only interested in profiting at the expense of strangers, offering prison time for real lives, liberty and the property of the accused. The accusation is used like a MasterCard or Visa to force the forfeiture of 1st amendment rights (coercive detention for months has a way of making natural parents capitulate when all they want is the freedom to live their lives and their children back from organized criminals posing as public servants. I know they can steal, kill at destroy with impunity, (in Utah, they have "Qualified Immunity" no matter how heinous or egregious their crimes. Every time a rich man or woman calls the "Sheriff's" I perceive a clear and present danger to my life, liberty and property because in the one-sided abusive relationship deployed by the wicked and foolish only takes prisoners who will not kill them. Slavery is alive and well in the 21st century, although in the modern vernacular is better known as "Trafficking in Humans". (Referring to 18 USC 1960) otherwise known as R.I.C.O. statutes, like the Constitution and violated Federal laws, they are arbitrarily enforced.

The lawfare, the rising inflation, the rising tax burden, the government endorsement of millions of parasitic foreign invaders, the forced acceptance of the hoax of climate change, and transgender pretender hysteria - all of that IS the multi-faceted punishment of the population, now more so than ever. It is becoming increasingly obvious that a large percentage of people who hold positions of power in government, media, academia and the corporate world despise this country and the Constitution. They seem to have no morals or conscience. People have to recognize the lies and propaganda bombarding them 24/7, and realize that they have to stop enabling, and stop tolerating, what they know is wrong, evil, and immoral.
