Russo-Ukrainian War is a sports spectacle complete with designated playing field. NATO’s henchmen discombobulate Ukrainian war-planning. Putin blocks Russian victory. This tragicomedy threatens to go off-script at any moment

A Russian Coup?

Bring on the Ides of March!: NATO’s Putin problem teeters on the correlation between military defeat and regime change. Lengthening Putin’s presidential tenure has been a supreme NATO objective since New Year’s Eve 1999. Then came the Russo-Ukraine War. Now, NATO must somehow humiliate Russia without toppling Putin.

Two lede-burying coup-prep communiques jockeyed forth late 2023. First, the Russian Army announced the impending enlistment of 130,000 recruits. Shortly after, Naval Commander Admiral Nikolay Yemenov ordered all 160,000 sailors be “re-subordinated” under his command.

you must be desperate for somebody to write something for you. This is the worst article I’ve ever read and this guy doesn’t have a clue.

Something just a little odd about the way this story is written...I can't put my finger on it. The structure and especially the wording seem to hint at AI. The author's pic is...suspicious. When I click on his bio, there's NO history or resume...I just get a few articles on Russia/Ukraine and that's it. Is Mr. Kay an AI contrivance? Did you recruit him from Sports Illustrated!? LOL!

Hey Jim - thanx for commenting. If you check my Substack you'll see that I've done a fairly deep dive into Putin's Russia. I've recently read 20 full texts on the topic including the seven most authoritative biographies of Putin, with a preference for books published by Yale, Princeton et al. What books do recommend I read that might give me a "clue."

Hi D3F1ANT - thanks for reading the article. People complain my writing style is "turgid" but I make no apologies. Every article is given many drafts to reduce length. I've posted countless articles on scores of topics on dozens of websites. I've written two books The Green Swastika & From Malthus to Mifepristone.
