Forget solar flares; we are one EMP away from losing our entire power grid, which has never been hardened, despite billions of dollars having been wasted on green energy. It is estimated that, following an EMP by any of our many enemies, 95% of the U.S. population would perish in less than a year. Perhaps that is their agenda. It can't be a money problem, since they send BILLIONS OF BUCKS to Ukraine and/or anyone else who wants money or bribes politicians.
