Everybody who knows me knows one thing about me…well two things. I like to talk, and I like to eat. You guys can see the “I like to talk,” handle fits me to a tee, but I like to eat almost as much.
Deb and Red went to Publix today to pick up a few chickens. Looking through a recipe book earlier today, I came across this first recipe, and I promise you, we’ll be using one of those chickens she bought in this recipe. It sounds good, and as the author says, it is delicious when served over rice. I’ll let you know.
