Author's note: This is part three of a multi-part interview with a government insider intimately familiar with the events that took place in Benghazi. Events seem to be changing rapidly in Syria, and we know that the operations in Benghazi played a very important role in Syria. Please update the readers on the current situation, but first give a brief recap for context.
