TORONTO, 16 September 2011: B’nai Brith Canada and Christians United for Israel will bring Jews and Christians together this Sunday, September 18th at 7:00pm at Canada Christian College in Toronto for a rally to protest the Arab League’s plan to divide Israel based on pre-1967 borders in order to create a Palestinian state. The “Stand With Israel” rally will feature talks from Jewish and Christian leaders and a keynote address by the Honourable Jason Kenney, Federal Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism. Christians of diverse backgrounds from churches right across Ontario will join with members of the Jewish community, united in their support for Israel.
