So declares the Communist Party of Canada (CPC), kicking off its 37th Convention Banquet in Toronto today.
“Delegates from Nova Scotia to Vancouver Island are gathering in Toronto for the 37th Central Convention of the Communist Party of Canada. About 50 delegates and alternates elected over the past several weeks at provincial membership meetings will debate a wide range of policy issues, focusing on the struggle to block the right-wing, pro-corporate polices of the Harper Conservative government, and to win a “People’s Alternative” to the neoliberal agenda sweeping the capitalist countries,” according to a CPC media release.The Comment section of online publications is the new front in the ongoing Cancel Culture Battle.
