OTTAWA, ON: The Justice Centre is pleased to announce that the legal and constitutional challenge against the first-ever invocation of the Emergencies Act, filed as Jost et al. v. Canada, has been decided in favour of the citizens who participated in the peaceful 2022 Freedom Convoy in Ottawa. The Justice Centre provided lawyers for these Canadians, who launched a court action within ten days of the Emergencies Act being invoked, and who sought a court declaration that the Emergencies Act was invoked without legal justification.

Glad they got it correct. Government overreached, and showed their Marxist hand to the Canadian people.
And the Canadian people were brave enough to stand up for their freedom in this protest. I applaud them.
It’s too bad that Americans haven’t found their backbone yet, considering all the injustices done to innocent Americans by their own Marxist regime under Obama, who is pulling Biden’s puppet strings behind the Oz curtain. And he is aided and abetted by a complicit, corrupt Congress, Leftist judges, deep state, Supreme Court and the biased media.

Unfortunately this will not go any further than it is now. The Liberals have bought off the justice system and they will just keep doing illegal things.
This is certainly grounds for a vote of non-confidence in the government but our governor general is paid for by Trudeau and she will never do it. She wouldn't do it before even with the number of signatures required which we gave her in a legal petition. Our CG Simon is also a leftist. Get ready for more mandates and crushing tyranny from the Liberals and NDP Mafia. This court ruling, tho correct, doesn't mean anything. The twitching witch Freeland (who really runs Cansda - not baby Trudeau), when it comes to applying it id already appealing. They've bought the appropriate judges, just like thd Dems in the USA. Under Trudeau we are just the 51st state and copy everything that's evil in the US O'Biden administration. Goodbye, Canada. You awful leftist citizens allowed this to happen.

Thank you, let this give us hope that we still have some justice left in our country and some real Canadian Judges. Now we must hope that this secretive destructive WEF coup cannot fix again what was a just real legal system.
