A shiver to remind him of his own mortality should have danced over President Barack Obama upon hearing about the death of his book-giving friend and fellow traveler in Socialism Hugo Chavez.
Both men shared so much in common. Both held and hold a stranglehold over millions of people in their respective countries; both worshipped and still worship at the altar of socialism. Both were made omnipotent courtesy of the Boob Tube.
Chavez was 57, Obama is 51.
