DNC convention underway, rash of ISIS attacks rock Europe
While broadcasts centered on the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia and crowds jeering the name of their presumptive nominee, Hillary Clinton, reports of refugee-instigated attacks in Europe have been given short shrift.
It could be argued that American politics should take precedence, and that might carry some weight in some instances. However, with the party platform and Clinton stressing partiality to opening wide the gates to receive tens of thousands more Middle Eastern asylum seekers, the multiple attacks are too relevant to bury.
Since Germany instituted a policy of welcoming hundreds of thousands of so-called Syrian refugees, rapes, sexual assaults and outright murders have skyrocketed. Three horrific crimes occurred in a single day, just 24 hours before the arrival of DNC delegates.
