Glenn Beck and his colleagues at Fox are mopping up the competition. Sarah Palin has had a monstrous, unprecedented reception for her unpublished memoirs. And even usually tone-deaf, main stream Republicans seem able to say “no” occasionally to the liberal governing machine.
