Link to Press Release Inhofe: EPA Overreaches in Oklahoma Washington, D.C. - Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, today welcomed the announcement from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to hold a second hearing in Tulsa on Oklahoma's proposed solution for regional haze. EPA's announcement follows Sen. Inhofe's March 17 letter to EPA Region 6 Administrator Dr. Al Armendariz, in which Inhofe requested the hearing.
