Meaning that when government enacts legislation there is a reasonable thought process and that the legislation, they are passing, meets the “constitutional” test.

Canadians better wake up. Canada is on their way to becoming another China(a country that Trudeau says he loves). What bothers me is that whatever starts in Canada eventually ends up in america.
