Montgomery, AL - In a brazen move, the Judicial Inquiry Commission (JIC) of the State of Alabama has hired John Carroll, a former Legal Director of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), to prosecute its politically motivated charges against Chief Justice Roy Moore of the Supreme Court of Alabama. The SPLC filed the complaints with the JIC and now the JIC has chosen the former Legal Director of the SPLC to represent it.
