The roughly 200 world leaders living and lapping it up at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP21) gathering in Paris have no need for the protection of the Israeli surveillance balloon keeping all Paris delegates safe. “Paris police launched an Israeli-made Skystar 180 aerostat surveillance balloon over the French capital to help assure the security of about 200 worldwide delegates to the 11-day United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP21) that began November 30 .
