There’s a Doctor’s Note that Hillary Clinton will be using for the rest of the 2016 election campaign. The metaphoric doctor’s note being sent to all long-suffering patriots: ‘To Whom it May Concern: Mrs. Clinton cannot possibly appear in a presidential debate with the scurrilous Donald J. Trump, tonight, next week, the week after that or in the foreseeable future.’ ‘Go home. Take an aspirin (if you can still find one) and don’t bother calling me in the morning’.
