(Washington, DC)--Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense for all records from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regarding environmentalist groups' attempts to stop the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline.
