Washington, D.C., -- Today, the Supreme Court issued an unprecedented 8-0 decision overturning a conviction in a criminal case against former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell for accepting gratuities to himself and his wife in exchange for favors. Larry Klayman, a former U.S. Department of Justice prosecutor and founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch reacted angrily to the unanimous decision."
