Marines to the Rescue an Everyday Story in Small Town America

Surf City, NC-Getting into the car and heading south, part of the main reason for this Canada Free Press `Work-Cation’ was to see with our own eyes the damage done to the US by a destructive Obama, like his fabled Kenyan cousin Raila Odinga, “Your Agent for Change”. All the way down, driving through 11 states, we spotted only three Obama bumper-stickers which were vastly outnumbered by “Support our Troops” ones. Wonderful Surf City was our final destination. We rolled into town late Saturday afternoon and only half an hour later witnessed this vignette: Waiting in the car in front of the main-street IGA, four marines likely from nearby Camp Lejeune were standing in front of the supermarket when a lady was having a difficult time parking her vehicle. She was trying to align her car into a particularly tough spot, a tight fit between two other parked cars.
