Montana ranchers border watch situational awareness


Patriotism is alive and well among the ranchers and farmers who live and work along the 500-mile-long Canada-U.S. northern border in Montana. Montana ranchers and farmers have given us something for which to be thankful this Thanksgiving weekend. Encumbered by the never-ending red tape of government agencies like the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), it would be understandable if the ranchers and farmers ignored others by continuing to go about their business. Instead they’re providing cover for our backs by putting daily “situational awareness” into play.
