The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has discovered that hundreds of non-citizens have been on the voter rolls in Virginia.
In a pending lawsuit the City of Alexandria and the Virginia State Board of Elections are trying to prevent PILF's efforts to uncover the full extent of the problem, the foundation states in a press release.
