In the November 2012 national elections, 65,907,213 or 51 percent of the total votes were reported as being cast for Barack Obama which gained his selection by the national Electoral College. These were of the total votes cast, NOT, as the Democrat Party likes to say, “of the people”, but of the “voters.”
