Shortly after Andrew Breitbart's untimely death a T-shirt came out featuring the image of Andrew's face, and the words "Breitbart Is Here." What is that statement supposed to mean exactly?

The shirt is available through "Anthem," who says that "all profits will go to benefit the family of Andrew Breitbart").
