The feature length film is an expansion of 3801 Lancaster's earlier short film about the Gosnell case entitled "3801 Lancaster" which won "Best Short Film" at the 2013 Justice Film Festival

NEW YORK, -- Beginning on November 10th, 2015, "3801 Lancaster: American Tragedy" is scheduled to premiere in 11 theaters across the country, with more theatrical and community screenings being added weekly. These theatrical screenings are dependent on each theater meeting a threshold of ticket sales. If the theaters don't meet these thresholds by November 3rd, the screenings won't happen. All of the proceeds from the film will go towards taking the film to more cities.
